Estimates
Bridges Videoconference can provide an estimate of costs for room and equipment hire, connection charges (if any). However, we cannot establish exact costs before completion of the meeting, because they can depend on ISDN call costs, actual time of the meeting and additional services requested during the meeting. Extra time for overrun meetings and meeting which started before the booked time will be charged at 15 minute intervals.

Access
The facility is made available for the exact length of booked time. If extra time is required for setting up of displays or rehearsals etc, it should be booked in advance. Participants are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to commencement time.
In out-of-hours bookings the facility might not be accessible earlier than 15 minutes before the booked time

Network and Equipment Failure Bridges Videoconference constantly monitors the state of its equipment and lines, but will not be held responsible for failures due to audio and video problems caused by carrier networks, exchanges, power failure, background noise or inadequate lighting in external venues. All care will be taken by Bridges Videoconference to provide an excellent service.

Time Zones
All bookings are in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). When booking please be aware of Time Zones. Bridges Videoconference will not be responsible for any confusion over Time Zones.

Cancellations
One working day: 0% refund
Two working days: 50% refund
Over two working days: 100% refund

Payment Terms
Customers who choose to be invoiced should settle the payment within 30 days. Customers choosing to pay with credit card will be emailed the itemised receipt shortly after the scheduled meeting. Credit card is usually required at the time of booking as a security. Even if the customer chooses to be invoiced, we reserve the right to charge credit card at our discretion (if client's ability / willingness to settle the invoice is in doubt).

Other Venues
Bridges Videoconference takes all care in compiling information on national and international venues for hire but is not responsible for failure to connect due to external carrier/network problems. Bridges Videoconference strongly recommends testing is carried out by all sites/venues.

Testing
When not it use, our system is left on stand-by directed at a radio clock to allow unmanned testing. If a technician is required for testing, we should be notified in advance. If technician assisted testing becomes lengthy, normal room charges may apply. Testing is a free complimentary service and therefore provided when and if possible.
