Very impressive building on a private garden square, with very large break out areas, manicured courtyard. Ideal for large events and long meetings. We use the same high end video conferencing technology with full technical support.

How can I make a booking?

What does your service include?

We provide A to Z service for video conferencing and streaming events, including facility hire, equipment, testing, support. Just tell us your requirements and we will do the rest.

How do I pay?

Unless you have been pre-approved, you will be required to provide credit card details to complete the booking. An invoice will be created at the end of the booking, your card charged and itemised receipt / invoice) will be emailed to you in PDF format. If you prefer to be invoiced and pay by BACS, you can request in in the booking notes.

Do I need to have any specific knowledge to use your facility?

No, we are a dedicated video conference facility, linking remote participants daily. Simply turn up and our experienced technician will do the rest.

What if my meeting runs overtime?

You will be able to continue your meeting as long as the room is available. Overtime will be changed at the standard rate in 15 minute slots. However, to guarantee that the meeting can continue for as long as you need we recommend reserving the time in advance.

How can a test be arranged?

We will communicate with the remote site directly and arrange testing when convenient for all parties.

Are you compatible with other systems and connections?

We can connect to any standard video conferencing system, regardless of the brand or model. Major makes include Polycom, Tandberg and Lifesize. Other brands are Cisco, Radvision, Sony, Aethra, Vcon, etc. Standard video conferencing systems support H.323 or H.230 protocols. We can also connect to any web conferencing platform or personal device with our web conferencing option.
We support both IP and ISDN calls. Our IP line is a high quality dedicated 10Mb leased line, and our ISDN lines support up to 512K connection.

Do you support High Definition?

Yes, our video link equipment and IP lines are HD compatible IP line. However, to achieve High Definition connection, the remote location and connectivity must also support it.
