How can I book your facility?
Simply fill in and submit Availability Check form on the home page. We'll respond confirming time availability and asking for additional details, if necessary.

What does hourly cost include?
It includes the use of the facility, inlcuding equpment and support. It also includes receiving any type of calls and making IP calls. Dialing over ISDN has an additional per minute cost.

How can I make a booking for same day?
Please call to confirm availability.

How do I pay?
We ask new clients to fill in a payment form, where you can choose to either pay by credit/debit card or by an invoice. Detailed receipt / invoice is emailed to you at the end of your meeting

Can your facility be used for a remote job interview?
Yes. Many of the meetings at the facility are job interviews.

Can you facility be used for court proceedings?
Yes. We regularely facilitate video links with courts around the world.

Can my meeting be recorded?
Yes, we can record your meeting on a DVD for a one-off £20 fee.

Can you invoice the company which will be interviewing me?
Yes, just ask them to submit the payment forms for you or pay yourself and forward to them itemized receipt to be reimbursed.

What are your opening hours?
The bookings can be made for any time, including weekends and holidays, although our normal working hours are 9am - 6pm

Do I need to have any specific knowledge to use your facility?
No, simply turn up and the technician will do the rest.

How do I access your facility in out of office hours?
Use intercom at the door. In case of problems phone us.

Can I present my documents on the screen?
Yes, you can do it from a document camera of directly from your laptop for a one-off £20 fee.

What if my meeting runs overtime?
You will be able to continue as long as the time is not booked. However, to ensure the meeting can last as long as you need we recommend reserving the time in advance.



Will you charge for 1 hours if I run over by 10 minutes?
No, we will charge additional time in 15 minute slots

How can I arrange a test call?
Our system is left on stand-by when not in use, so remote locations can connect for an unmanned test at any time. Otherwise please ask the remote location to contact us

Do you support IP calls?
We do support IP connection. Our IP line is a high quality dedicated 2Mb leased line.

Do you support High Defenition vc?
Yes, via our HD compatible equipment and IP line. For HD, the remote location should also support it.

Do I have to behave differently in the videoconferencing meeting?
No, just be natural. Our setup is designed to allow you to concentrate on the meeting and not on the technology
