Webcasting (broadcasting, online viewing)
The videoconference can be made available for viewing online. Any number of viewers can see and hear the videoconference direclty in a browser, but not participate in it.
It can be protected by a password if needed. Set-up fee is £250, then £20 per viewer/hour.
Multipoint
We can initiate a videoconference with up to 3 remote video/audio sites. For example, we can connect our London studio with a video site in Sydney, video site in New York and telephone/mobile in Dubai. The screen will be split into three smaller screens, displaying all the sites at the same time, or the displayed site can be voice activated. The set-up fee is £20 per site.
Laptop hire
A laptop connected to the broadband can be provided for use during a video conference. It can be used separately or together with the scan converter option (below). Cost: £20/hour
Laptop presentation
A laptop can be connected to the videoconference, to allow the remote site(s) to see its desktop. It can be used to show presentations, movies or anything on the laptop. The participant will be able to switch between the self-view and the laptop view by pressing related buttons on the remote control. Alternatively, both self-view and laptop view can be displayed side by side on the split screen. Set-up fee: £20
DVD recording
Videoconference can be recorded onto a DVD. The film will contain what is viewed on the local screen (e.g. remote site and the self-view window) and audio from all sites. DVD is ready at the end of the meeting. Cost: £20 per DVD. Contents of the DVD can be converted to a file format and uploaded to the client's FTP server. The cost of this service is £95.
Document camera
Documents can be projected to the remote site by placing them on the document camera. Set-up fee: £20
