We can connect participants with laptops, tablets, smartphones and standard phone lines. It includes bridging between standard video conferencing system and personal devices, as well as popular web conferencing platforms.


Video links for events and on-location installations such as private offices, hotels, hospitals and conferences. We provide A to Z service, which includes delivery, installation, testing, operation and removal.


How can I make a booking?

You can check live availability, options and cost of all video link rooms at the bottom of this page. Then you can continue to place your reservation. Alternatively, you can email us your questions or requirements, use the chat window at the bottom of the page (when available), or give us a call.

What does your service include?

It includes the use of the video conferencing facility, including equipment and support. It also includes receiving any type of call and making IP calls. Dialing over ISDN has an additional per minute cost, which depends on the destination and speed.

What are your opening hours?

Video conferencing rooms are available for reservation 24/7. The bookings can be made at any time using our automated reservation system and for any time, including weekends and bank holidays.

How do I access your facility in out-of-office hours?

Use the intercom at the door. In case of problems phone us. The technician will arrive at the facility at least 15 minutes before the booked time. Outside of working hours our telephone is transferred to the technician on stand-by.

Can I make a booking for the same day?

The booking system allows to make reservations with at least 12 hours notice. If you require your video link to take place at an earlier time, please phone.

How do I pay?

Unless you have been pre-approved, you will be required to provide credit card details to complete the booking. An invoice will be created at the end of the booking, your card charged and itemised receipt / invoice) will be emailed to you in PDF format. If you prefer to be invoiced and pay by BACS, you can request in in the booking notes.

Do I need to have any specific knowledge to use your facility?

No, we are a dedicated video conference facility, linking remote participants daily. Simply turn up and our experienced technician will do the rest.

What if my meeting runs overtime?

You will be able to continue your meeting as long as the room is available. Overtime will be changed at the standard rate in 15 minute slots. However, to guarantee that the meeting can continue for as long as you need we recommend reserving the time in advance.

How can a test be arranged?

Please ask the remote site to contact us to arrange a convenient time for testing. Also, our system is left on stand-by overnight, so that remote locations can connect for an unmanned test at any time. If a specific time is required, or if testing is extended for longer than a few minutes, the time will be charged and added to the booking. No attendance in person is required for testing.

Are you compatible with other systems and connections?

We can connect to any standard video conferencing system, regardless of the brand or model. Major makes include Polycom, Tandberg and Lifesize. Other brands are Cisco, Radvision, Sony, Aethra, Vcon, etc. Standard video conferencing systems support H.323 or H.230 protocols. We can also connect to any web conferencing platform or personal device with our web conferencing option.
We support both IP and ISDN calls. Our IP line is a high quality dedicated 10Mb leased line, and our ISDN lines support up to 512K connection.

Do you support High Definition?

Yes, our video link equipment and IP lines are HD compatible IP line. However, to achieve High Definition connection, the remote location and connectivity must also support it.

Can you bridge live video link with a court?

Yes. We regularly facilitate live video links with courts in the UK and around the world. We can provide a bible for swearing in witnesses. In addition, we can provide professional legal videography and stenography. Additional rooms can be booked for consultations out of earshot of the court or the other parties present. We also provide bridging service between courts and dedicated studios around the world or personal computers.

Can I use it for a job interview?

Our telepresence facility is used extensively for job interviews. It presents the candidate in the best light and in professional settings. Hands-on support allows candidates to focus on the interview and leave the technology to us.

Is catering available?

Bottled water, teas and coffees are complementary and available throughout the booking. Snacks and juices can be arranged on request. Sandwich lunch can be arranged for delivery from nearby Pret.
